Thanksgiving Holiday Week - Slowed Response Times

The Research Computing Help Desk will be closed on November 28-29 as NSF NCAR observes the Thanksgiving Holiday. Support Tickets submitted during this timeframe will be dispositioned beginning Monday, December 2. Systems Engineers will be monitoring all HPC resources during the holiday week, emerging issues will be triaged or deferred depending on the severity of the impact.

CISL Staff Participating in the Annual Supercomputing Conference - Potentially Slowed Response Times

The International Conference for High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage, and Analysis Conference is occurring the week of 11/15 in Atlanta, GA, with strong participation from much of NSF NCAR’s CISL staff. We will continue to monitor system performance and help desk tickets during this time, however response times may be delayed.
