Join a talk at Bambei Brewing in CO about navigating weather hazards


On Tuesday, February 17, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm MT, come to Bambei Brewing in Superior, CO, for a public science presentation. The talk is entitled “Weather On The Move: Understanding Weather Hazards For Cars, Trucks, And Drones.” It is jointly presented by Bambei Brewing and the Education, Engagement & Early-Career Development (EdEC) team at NSF NCAR. 


The presentation features Brittany Welch, an Advanced Study Program Postdoctoral Researcher at the Research Applications Laboratory (RAL). Dr. Welch will discuss how adverse weather impacts various modes of transportation and how researchers are guiding the safe development of automated technologies and drones.


Join in-person at Bambei Brewing, 100 Superior Plaza Way, Suite 102, Superior, CO 80027. No registration is required for this lecture, and the content is recommended for audiences aged 12 and older.
