NWSC maintenance and HPC systems update

Convenience flags added for users running Casper jobs

CISL has added two new convenience flags to simplify how users request resources for running interactive jobs on Casper nodes. The new flags are: • --gpu=[type] to specify the gpu_type resource • --cpu=[type] to specify the cpu_type resource The GPU resources to specify can be either gp100 or v100.
