The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy has declared 2023 the Year of Open Science as one of a number of actions that will involve 10 federal agencies as well as 85 universities and other organizations.
Anyone interested in learning about open science best practices and earning a certificate in recognition of that engagement can
register here for NASA's OpenCore open science curriculum. Participants will learn a range of basic open-science skills, including how to participate, how to write a data-management or software-management plan, and how to share data, software and results.
