University-based researchers can submit large-scale requests for Cheyenne allocations from August 1 through September 12. Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has notified CISL that delivery of the new Derecho supercomputer is now being delayed until December 2022. This most recent delay is the result of the U.S. Government having rated another order as a higher priority, pursuant to Section 101(a) of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
