Apply by 9/2 for travel and dependent care support for US-RSE conference

The US Research Software Engineer Association (US-RSE) has announced a travel support program for its second annual conference, US-RSE’24, which will take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, from October 15 to 17, 2024.

US-RSE aims to increase conference diversity by providing financial support to individuals from traditionally underrepresented groups and diverse domain backgrounds, as well as to enable more students to attend.

The association has allotted up to $2100 in funding to cover selected attendees’ travel costs (such as transportation, lodging, and registration), and up to $500 for dependent care.

The submission deadline is Monday, September 2, 2024.
