Reduced Support During the Thanksgiving Holiday – Expect Slower Response Times

NSF NCAR and UCAR will observe the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday and Friday, November 26–27. During this time, the Help Desk and User Support Services will be closed. We will continue to monitor HPC system operations to ensure the protection of property and data; however, any service disruptions will be evaluated and triaged as appropriate so that staff may observe the holiday.

Normal operations will resume on Monday, December 1.
