Researchers using the Cheyenne system are reminded and encouraged to migrate their work to Derecho as soon as possible. The Cheyenne system will be decommissioned at the end of 2023, in just over three months.
As you reach a scientifically useful break point in your work, you can transfer your allocations and transition your work from Cheyenne to Derecho. The Consulting Services Group is available to help you through any transition issues you may encounter.
To transfer allocations, university project leads should visit the ARC portal, find their project under the Allocations section, and request a transfer. For NCAR and University of Wyoming projects, contact
help@ucar.edu to make your transfer request.
