NERSC Multi-GPU Bootcamp

On October 19th to 20th, 2026, NERSC in partnership with NVIDIA will be hosting a virtual Multi-GPU Bootcamp. This virtual bootcamp is a hands-on learning experience where you will be guided through step-by-step instructions with teaching assistants to learn how to scale applications to multiple GPUs across multiple nodes.

HPC users of Derecho are encouraged to attend, especially considering that the hardware architecture of the NSF NCAR Derecho machine is substantially similar to NERSC’s Perlmutter machine.

The application for the bootcamp is open through October 6, 2026 and space is limited. You do not need to be a current user of NERSC’s HPC systems to attend.
