HPC Resources Scheduled Outage: Tuesday-Wednesday, May 12-13 2006

All HPC resources, including Derecho, Casper, and JupyterHub, will be unavailable from 6:00 AM Tuesday, May 12 through 6:00 PM  Wednesday May 13 MDT.  

This work is required primarily to perform disruptive upgrades on the Derecho Scratch filesystem 'Destor' and to apply necessary PBS Server updates.

Systems teams will work diligently to restore services as soon as practical within the planning window; however the full two day outage is planned due to the criticality of the work.

As typical, jobs held for execution will resume after system checkouts complete; and progress will be communicated through the Notifier system.
