NASEM - “Bridging AI & Earth Systems Forecasting Applications” Webinar and Workshop

The final virtual webinar “Bridging AI & Earth Systems Forecasting Applications” of a 4-part educational webinar series, AI for Weather & Climate Forecasting, which is an activity of the National Academies Roundtable on Artificial Intelligence & Climate Change, is scheduled for January 8, 2026 12pm to 1pm MT. All are invited to attend or register to receive a recording of the event.

The series will later culminate in a final hybrid workshop Accelerating Climate Progress with AI: From Science to Action Workshop January 13th through 14th in Irvine, CA. Registration is still accepted for either virtual or in-person attendance for this workshop.
