NASEM - Enabling US Leadership in Artificial Intelligence for WeatherMaintenance

The National Academies of Science Engineering and Medicine (NASEM), Board on Atmospheric Sciences and Climate (BASC), will be holding its Spring 2024 meeting May 13th 8:30am to 2:30pm MT in a hybrid format from Washington DC on “Enabling US Leadership in Artificial Intelligence for Weather” with draft agenda here. This meeting will provide an overview of the current landscape of weather and AI in the US today, and the resources needed for the US to lead in this space in the future.
