Help Desk closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1

Please note that the Consulting Services Group (CSG) will be closed for the next two upcoming Mondays:

  • Monday, December 25, 2023

  • Monday, January 1, 2024

The Help Desk will be closed on these dates as well. 

Other than these two Monday closures, the Help Desk will be open during its normal hours (7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday to Friday). 

The Help Desk serves both NCAR and UCAR, so please plan your projects accordingly.

If you need help on December 25 or January 1, please submit a ticket to help@ucar.edu, or call 303-497-2000 to reach the Cheyenne Network Operations Center (NOC).
