HPC Systems Maintenance Update - Cheyenne returned to service

October 25, 2023

HPC systems maintenance activities are proceeding well.  

GLADE file space transitions and storage maintenance activities have been completed.

Maintenance is ongoing for Derecho, Casper, and JupyterHub, with all systems planned for return to service by the end of the week.

Cheyenne has been returned to service.  Jobs that were held in the queues at the beginning of the maintenance period are running again.  


Users may have had specific qcmd commands fail over night with messages such as
/glade/campaign/- no such file or directory

This issue has been resolved. Cheyenne will not be accessible through JupyterHub until later in the outage when the broader JupyterHub service is restored.
