Less than 1 month until HPSS is decommissioned

Reminder! The HPSS tape archive will be decommissioned on October 1. This means file owners have less than a month left to access their files. Though time is growing short, you can still accomplish a fair amount of file-copying. At present, the system is not very busy and enough bandwidth is available to allow for quick turnaround.
