Research Computing Holiday Support Schedule

In 2024, both Christmas and New Year’s Day fall midweek, resulting in reduced HPC support during the final two weeks of the year. The Research Computing Help Desk will operate with limited staffing and adjusted hours as follows:

  • Tuesday, December 24th: Closing at 12:00 PM MST
  • Wednesday, December 25th: Closed
  • Tuesday, December 31st: Closing at 12:00 PM MST
  • Wednesday, January 1st: Closed

Support tickets submitted during this period will be addressed once operations resume. HPC system performance will continue to be monitored, and any operational issues will be assessed and prioritized. However, resolutions may take longer than usual due to reduced staffing.
