Join the ESDS Forum Monday July 22 to discuss ongoing enhancements to the Casper hardware & software environment

The next ESDS forum is coming up this Monday, July 22nd at 2 PM MT on Google Meet! CISL Staff will be giving an update focusing on Casper hardware and software enhancements.

Over the past year CISL has begun adding additional resources to the Casper data analysis and visualization cluster across all node classes.  We will overview the resources that have already been added - H100-equipped GPGPUs, visualization resources with L40 graphics cards, and additional high-memory nodes.  We will also outline the process and timeline for the additional high-throughput computing nodes planned for later this calendar year, and discuss recent additions to the user software environment.
