On Wednesday, July 17, from 10:00 to 11:00 am MT, join NCAR’s Research Applications Laboratory (
RAL) for a seminar with speaker Eloisa Raluy-Lopez of the University of Murcia (Spain). The talk is entitled “Investigating the Impact of Land Cover and Skin Forcings in Microscale Weather Simulations Across Urban-Rural Heterogeneous Landscapes.”
This
seminar will discuss large-scale land cover databases and their use in atmospheric models. This seminar provides insight into the cooperative work between the Regional Atmospheric Modeling Group at the University of Murcia and the Research Applications Laboratory at NCAR.
This is a hybrid event; join at Foothills Lab (FL2-1001) or
watch live. Contact
