The summer school will be held in two independent parts:
Individuals at any student/career stage are eligible to apply, including those whose primary expertise is either in AI/ML or in a climate-related subfield.
Applicants may be eligible for fee waivers or reductions, given student and academic status, or merit-based financial aid for some or all costs of attending. In addition to other funding opportunities, Black and Indigenous students who self-identify during the application process will be eligible for financial assistance provided by the
CIFAR Inclusive AI Scholarship Program.
Registration for the virtual program is ongoing. Applications for the in-person program are now open through April 14, 23:59
