Apply for URSSI Winter School in Research Software Engineering

Are you an early-career researcher in the US who develops software for your work? Do you have some basic skills but want more?

The US Research Software Sustainability Institute is excited to announce the next URSSI Winter School in Research Software Engineering, to be held 3-5 Jan 2024 in Portland, Oregon. Applications are open through 27 Nov! The cost to attend for accepted applicants is free and additional travel support is available.


Ideal candidates are graduate students or postdocs who understand the basics of programming and version control but want to learn more about software development practices.
