Cheyenne Countdown: Daylight savings time has ended! Use your hour wisely—switch to Derecho.

Cheyenne users, this your weekly reminder that Cheyenne is being retired on December 31, 2023. Now that we have an extra hour, please use the time wisely. Make it a point to switch all computing projects to our new supercomputer, Derecho, before the 12/31 deadline.
Need help? No worries. The Consulting Services Group (CSG) is happy to provide its services to smooth the transition to Derecho. CISL will also consider requests for additional core-hours on Derecho to help with this move.
We encourage you to contact the Help Desk now, before the last minute. CISL cannot provide anyone with special priority to complete last-minute work. For help making the switch, or to request additional core-hours, visit the User Support page in the ARC portal.
Remember, act now to “fall back” on the reassurance that your hard-earned runs are safe! Make the transition today.
