A number of HPC user support services will be unavailable during scheduled maintenance at NCAR’s Mesa Lab facility in Boulder from 3 a.m. MDT on Saturday, April 22, to 8 p.m. MDT on Sunday, April 23.
The affected services include HPC user documentation on the Advanced Research Computing portal, the NCAR Research Computing Help Desk, and the Enterprise Service Desk for NCAR/UCAR staff support. HPC users who need emergency assistance during the weekend can call (303) 497-2400 to get help.
Some Cheyenne and Casper system users may experience brief, momentary delays when logging in during the maintenance period.
