New documentation published for Derecho users

Additional new documentation about using the Derecho system and other NCAR high-performance computing resources is now available on the Advanced Research Computing portal.

Detailed documentation about starting Derecho jobs, monitoring performance, and debugging is in development, along with example batch scripts for Derecho users.
