The 21st annual Oklahoma Supercomputing Symposium, a virtual event on Wednesday, September 28, will feature speakers from the National Science Foundation (NSF), Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC), and the University of Chicago Computation Institute (CI).
The symposium is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CDT. Persons interested in attending are asked to
register here to attend via Zoom.
The keynote speaker will be Bronson Messer, ORNL Director of Science, who will speak on the topic "Frontier: Breaking the Exascale Barrier with the Fastest Supercomputer Ever."
Other speakers will include Erwin Gianchandani, NSF Assistant Director, Directorate for Technology, Innovation and Partnerships; Dan Stanzione, TACC Executive Director; and Vas Vasiliadis, Chief Customer Officer, University of Chicago CI.
