How to get help using NCAR supercomputers

Researchers who need help using NCAR’s Cheyenne and Casper systems to do their work can get expert help a couple of different ways. One is by connecting with a CISL supercomputing consultant during regular business hours by calling 303-497-2400. Another is by submitting a help request through the NCAR Research Computing help desk any time.

Another good source of information is our documentation for users. Just search the Advanced Research Computing portal or use the menus to find what you need.
